Not to bash SMS, but since the resto portion of the business was sold a few years ago, they don't have the same expertise. They are not Mopar guys now, and are learning as they go.

I had spots by them in Carlisle for a few years and "educated" them on their Mopars. For exapmle, they had a Challenger they were trying to sell and knew NOTHING about it. Heck, I was behind them for three years and they never got my name right no matter how many times I corrected them.
