Thanks for the replies, after doing a lot of research, I may be leaning towards doing a negative pressure booth. It seems the big issue is the size of the inlet. A small inlet with a lot of air moving through it, ie a fan, will cause a lot of turbulence in the booth. I think using the fan at the exhaust opening and 2-4 large furnace filters for the intake will work much better.

Now I need to figure out some way to insulate the exhaust vent when not in use so the Minnesota winter air doesn't get in.
