I pulled the windshield out of my '74 Duster after removing the the vinyl roof. There was a lot more rust damage and pitting than I thought.

So I am almost done repairing the rust. I am going to coat everything with a good coat of primer and start to put the windshield back in. BUT, Most of the reveal clips that held my chrome trim on were either rusted away or broke when I tried to remove them. I was only able to save 2 or 3 of the original clips.

I ended up getting a new windshield from AMD, and new Precision brand windshield gasket, and precision brand reveal clips. The clips look close enough to the original clips I have left. But, there are 4 reveal clips that are taller than the rest and have a slotted hole for the screw. Does anyone know where the taller clips go around the perimeter of the windshield?

Any help?
