Is the car weight off the suspension in your pic? It looks like all the forward travel in the slider is used up. I would think that you'd need the rear leaf eye bolt, at rest, to be towards the back, and as the chassis rises the rear spring bolt would want to move forward.





Yes its with the suspension hanging. With it on the ground the spring bolt is an inch from the rear of the slot. The springs are almost level at ride height so their not gonna bottom out on the rear side.
