I'm looking at a Mega Block that's a pre-World Products casting. Anything I should be concerned about or watch out for?

Plan is for a 3200 lb A-body strip/street pump gas 10.0 machine. It's a 4.5 siamese bore. How are they in a semi-street application? I live in southern Arizona where it gets pretty warm.
