Actually have done it many times. There are ways to do it, even the Banning Scale in Ca. has a way around it. Even did it when I long hauled a few times. I'm just pointing out that most of these guys don't even apply to the rules being discussed here. If you have a pissy State like PA. just figure out a route around the scales. Most likely they aren't looking for race car trailers.
BTW I have more than 2,000,000 miles over the road truck driving. Not just talking smut here.
