Mopar Mitch OP pro stock Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 1,442 NW Chicago suburban area	Anyone know what the purpose of the 6/32" soft brass plug is that PROMAX supplies with their six pack center carb metering block? Is it critical? Tonight I've had trouble making it fit into the carb -- hex wrench stripped the center hole of the plug, so now the plug is barely into the carb unit and hanging out rather than fully seated. I think its for the blocking of the vacuum advance port from the carb. Can it be epoxied/closed if I cut it off? Thanks ahead to anyone who can help (I'll try PROMAX Sat morning).
