I'd not visited this for awhile. Went and pulled offending wheel to double check, and inventory what I wanted to order.
Imagine what I finaly found after pulling this drum at least 3 times.
Think that could explain over adjusting?
Fixed that, cable looks good, still do major overhaul in spring.
Backed off adjustment, I'll know in a couple of days if it comes back.
