Unfortunately not, you will need the whole cover off to re line up the cams. If you can get the cam holding tool, it makes it a bunch easier to reinstall the belt. Also make sure to look up the proper timing belt mark location. It has a hydraulic tensioner and i believe you have to have the crank a half tooth advanced to take up for movement of when you set belt tension. Make sure you rotate the engine over at least 2 revolutions by hand and check your marks again. Saves you having to pull it back apart for an erratic idle (dont ask how I know)
