Being it is for Super Stock, it is likely that the port volume cannot exceed a particular number. From memory, it's usually around the factory port volume.

Yes. Of all the ported gen3 heads I've seen pictures of, including aftermarket ones , haven't seen that done. Would require a lot of filling in the intake as well.
Yeah the Super Stock port volume restrictions sounds like a good reason .
