Anyone try to fit 7/16" pushrods in their gen 3? - 11/16/20 03:00 PM

Good Morning everyone, just curious if someone has gone through the effort to see if 7/16 pushrods would work in there gen 3. I was thinking of taking a grinder to my head to attempt this but I'm interested to here what others may have done. Thanks!

For what reason are you running a big lift sold roller?

Probably should have with the exhaust, but with the Jesel Lifters and the seat location further down in the Lifter, the original hole angle isn't inline with what it now needs to be.

the lifter type and location Varys with today’s combos

Our early 6.1 super stock motor with standard lifter location on a jesel dog bone lifter used double tapered 7/16 p rods with minimal clearance work and no sleeving required never an issue

Latest combos with relocated lifters and big jesel lifters with adjustable rockers the p rods are real tight in multiple areas at 675 lift. But spin up just fine with no issues.
