Stuck Oil pressure relief valve??

So what are the odds of it happening. Went to fire motor tonight and it’s blew out the filter gasket with 2 filters pressure ran to 120psi then boom.

Thoughts or ideas?

Factory filter mount or remote?

Remote. Verified all line routing on everything just to be sure it wasn’t it first

Ended up pulling the oil pump and swapping it and everything is back in order. 65 psi cold idle.

What brand pump was it?
