Gen III and alcohol

Anyone running a Gen III on alcohol? Looking at running alky in a dragster with a gen III and would like to know if anyone else is running alky and what issues they might have had. Thanks!

Maybe not exactly the info what you are looking for but my SRT392 in my 4 door 4x4 ram 1500 is just over 12 to 1 (milled eagle heads on SRT short block) and in a big heavy truck, it runs fine on pump premium but it really steps up if I run it on e-85, idle smooths out even more, tq down low feels better and certainly pulls better up high, just more power everywhere. Still running the stock 5.7 tune, injectors intake heads, fuel pimp, exhaust...

Iots of guys at my local track run junkyard LS motors on alcohol problem free. I know a Gen3 isn't an LS, but I'm sure most modern ring packages are similar. I personally wouldnt hesitate as long as you have a way to assist with keeping the oil clean.
