Original wiring harness and PCM worth saving?

I'm doing a 6.4 swap into a 68 RR. Guy bought the MP harness kit, but the I have the whole harness(s) from the 2014 Scat Chally 6spd. Should I keep the harness & PCM and can it be converted by someone to a stand alone harness like the Mopar one?
