What is the difference between the Drag Pak & Hellcat?

I see one is called the Drag Pak and sports one kind of supercharger, and the Hellcat looks way different....Cubic inches aside, what is the difference?

Lol, dragpak is a factory built car intended for strip use only, doesn't get a vin, similar to the 68 barracuda/dart.
Hellcat is a wicked modern muscle car

DP has a 2.9 Whipple blower which is a class rule in fs/xx.

I should have been more specific. Just the difference in the blown engines...

Looks like two different supercharger top ends between them...The DP engine says Whipple right on it, but the Hellcat engine looks a bit different.

Can I buy either supercharger setup, and build my own long block?

The DP is based of the 5.7 but which one? Early or VVT?

Have not found a Hellcat IHI blower for sale yet, the Hellcat setup is built with 100K mile durability in mind. The DP setup is built with light weight and rules compliance in mind. Here is a breakdown of the Hellcat specs:

DP specs I have not found any as far as long block.

Read thru some of that and the Hellcat blower is 2.4L according to them and the DP is a 2.9L unit....Do we know if the DP unit is intercooled? I suspect not, but figured I would ask.

You know, I called those guys over x-mass I think and they didn't have a bracket that fit one like that! That is way easier to do, I would just need an engine plate sandwiched in there.....

I have a 5.7 core down at the shop...I would just need the stroker kit, oil pan, engine plate and super charger and carb....

There is a place selling procharger pattern brackets made for fabbing . I have seen guys use wood as a pattern to figure out how they want to mount the supercharger , then transfer that to the real bracket:
