Holley Purchases Baer Brakes, Rocket Racing Wheels, Others

Holley continues to be an acquisition machine, gobbling up yet another pack of performance brands in the fourth quarter of 2021. The most recent additions to the Holley fold are Baer Brakes, Rocket Racing Wheels, Brothers Trucks, and Arizona Desert Shocks (ADS).

Not a fan of these types of acquisitions, driven by investment groups. This likely means it won't be long until Baer is no longer made in Phoenix, AZ for the sake of improving bottom line. When these companies are no longer run by the people that built them, they lose focus on quality for the sake of maximum profitability.
