HR/IRS rant - 05/16/19 09:50 PM

The latest Hot Rod Mag has an in depth nice article on the original Mustang GT 350R. The limited edition was initially prototyped with IRS and was produced finally with a 9" live axle. They recreated both cars recently featured in the article, and mention they both see track time.

But guess what, not a single comment on any handling difference between the two. rant

Are these computer written articles?

I can understand being careful what you say about the IRS. The government seems to have unlimited resources to make your life hell if they want to. Remember the Conservative organizations targeted by the IRS several years ago? They have the power to seize what they want, when they want.
Talk about an organized Mafia...

panic

Independent
Rear
Suspension

not

Internal
Revenue

Not that Hot Rod is all that up on things that actually go in directions other than straight, so for them there was no performance difference, lol.

We certainly have a astute group here in our handling section, don't we?

OK, I get the joke. laugh2

And to HR being straight line oriented, I also get that, but they did use a lot of ink on the IRS, and the assumption to them there is no real difference , is likely spot on.

Yep, my first thought was , same ole flake complaining about his HR dept and the IRS. But I was wrong, it was just complaining. about a mustang to boot.

Might bring it up on the FORD site.
