Lots more info over on cuda-challenger.com and the mopax mailing list.

It is interesting that in since the paving has completed, there are a number of guys over on Pro-Touring.com that want to run their PT cars in the class.

Those of us who have gotten to know Jess Neal enjoy his e-chat, etc. Someday, maybe sooner rather than later, I'd like to head out to Colorado and meet with him, especially to watch him run the car. (PS -- his vintage 15x8 rims are really cool!)

It is decidely untrick by some yardsticks. Torsion bars, fiberglass mono leaf. It does have a rack adn pinion that was installed prior to his acquiring the car. Car has to meet a number of vintage racing requirements to be eligible, although the R&P does cause issue for some classifications.
