Is there an easy way to swap in a high/low range transfer case instead of the single speed t-case these came with?

....I have no idea. If I get it, this would be my first one ever...but I would be interested to hear the answer on that question.

Yes.

Mine had a swapped NP231, AW-4, and a Renix 4.0 stroked to a 4.5, but the t-case swap can be done by itself.

Just got back from seeing it. Hail damage on hood and roof. Broken hood latch, when we finally got the hood open it looks complete, but Dad says it runs really rough. Lots of dings/dents but didn't see any rust. Looks like its pretty untouched, and in bad need of an air freshener. Dead battery so could not hear it run. I don't see a $3000 car, even with a new transmission. On the fence....what do ya think?

$1,800 as described. Maybe $2,100.
