I guess he has some loose valves that go with the heads? Not familiar with Hemi valve part numbers.

I would not touch those heads unless they were maged and fully checked over. Notice the tapped cooling passage with the 90 degree elbow and pet cock. My bets they were someones old well used race heads. You can buy complete ready to run edelbrock aluminum heads for not much more.
