Standard motor for the '62 Polara was a 361-4. 413 MW was an option.

Really depends on rust & how complete it is, but $4500 would seem a minimum.
Maybe $10,000 if there's no rust & the hard-to-find stuff is present, lots of which is 1-year-only.
Check Ebay for "completed items", maybe something similar has been listed and/or sold there.
I'm thinking the 413 was swapped in sometime in the last 60 years.
If by some magic it was a real Maxie, there are ways to tell (engine compartment wiring harness, fender tag), and its VIN will be listed in the Darrell Davis book.
In which case, add a lot more $$$.

Yes, V is the year code for 1964. It's a non-MW 413.
