Red Seat Belts Application?

I have these red belts but don't really know what they are for. Maybe a Lebaron or later C body? Any help is appreciated on ID and value?

No idea, but this buckle cover looks like what my '93 Ramchargers had.

It's possible I bought a big box of belts and they were in there. It looks like a pretty complete set, I thought someone would recognize the retraction parts.

Im thinking 80s truck or maybe Diplomat body style
