It does look solid and original. Too bad it's priced as if the camper is adding value and not just ruining rear leafs.
I'd be afraid of what the rodents did though.

Option B would be drop it off with someone out in the country that has a burn pile.
Option C strap some plastic barrels to it and sell it as a house boat.
Probably make a good homeless shelter.
