Challenger T/A JH23J0B282556 - Buyer beware! - 06/19/23 07:17 PM
Look at the photos in the link below.
The most obvious hints of problems are that it does NOT have a 1970 model year E-brake system & the 1971 or newer dash pad. The Mylar door sticker is obviously not an original.
VIN swapped or ?
Anyone close enough to visit them & get good body number photos?

They did a nice job replacing the headliner without installing the dome light or removing its mounting bracket.

It also has 71 outside mirrors and it doesn’t have an 8 3/4 rear axle. The whole car looks pieced together. I am an hour and a half away but would be waste of time even though I am retired.

Can someone tell if this is a 1970 or 1971 floor pan?

Ok, so a "tribute" car?
Or is it an actual T/A VIN?

Front inner fenders are 1972-up model, no torque boxes, 2-speed wiper etc., but I personally like most about Rallye dash without bezel, just the woodgrain sticker over the cluster frame.

looks like they have 72 and up gauges with a 70-71 bezel over them.

If it looks bad in pictures, I can only imagine how bad it looks in person.
