It's been for sale a long time, at least 3 years.

I could see 250 to 275k being a little closer. But what do I know. I can't swing either.

Looks like a gorgeous car, and pretty close (if not dead) on the best equipment and options.
As for "original & unrestored", a fair amount of the car sure looks better than factory original...
It would be interesting to see what the Gibson report says.
