Thank you!

the price of the E-body hooks are less then what the non licensed, gold hooks cost. So I'd consider them cheaply priced

The jacks are out for quote now, I hope they come back with a reasonable price

what would you deem as a fair price for the t-type jack, mechanism and base (no tire iron)?

Need the correct hook for my 68 GTS. Should have a hole where the hold down bolt goes through it. I have a hook without the hole. It may be for a 67.

Re: New Product from Tonys Parts, Licensed Jack Hooks - 01/14/16 11:09 PM

I'll go out and check

Went out and got the hook. There are no part numbers, no Pentastar stampings and just one stamping on the inside of the hook "RH"

The hook is identical to the black hook on the right side of the picture you posted. One exception though, no hole adjacent to the pin.

the hook that we make that's black is the 68-69 B-body hook,
its similar to the A-body hook, but not exact

I've attached pics of the hook you need

There's going to be the buyers that want only a mast/mechanism or a base only, so that's your choice if individual components would be available?...

A see a complete unit (base, mast/mechanism and hook) assuming it's a completely finished unit in regards to paint/plating and basically ready to drop in the trunk being able to sell for $350-$399 depending on the jack model...

I'd hope your considering the 2nd gen Charger jack unit, as that's pretty much in demand?

Hi Mike

thank you for your input!

were shooting for a lower price then what you referenced, so that's a good thing.

im under the belief to make it as affordable as possible or else it defeats the purpose of making it

and yes if we do go ahead with the jacks the 68-70 Charger jacks will be made too.

im pretty sure that this is gonna happen

thanks

Re: New Product from Tonys Parts, Licensed Jack Hooks - 06/10/18 04:32 AM

I’ve noticed that some jack hooks have pentastars on them and some don’t, any insight or reason for this variation?

Thanks

Yes
The hooks without pentastars aren't licensed

Re: New Product from Tonys Parts, Licensed Jack Hooks - 06/10/18 06:32 AM

I understand that regarding you excellent product, but I’m really inquiring regarding original hooks both with and without the pentastar. Was it a year or vendor change?

Thank you

See my attachments post previously. Apparently there were either 2 vendors or a production change adding the pentastar. It would be interesting to determine when this change took place.
