Is the 65' in the picture yours or are you saying you have something like it? I remember seeing the 65' in your picture a couple of season ago at the Mopar Nationals at Woodburn (the location your picture was obviously taken). What an impressive and wicked-looking car and to see a 150 mph run was jaw-dropping to say the least.
I'm in Oregon as well and my brother owns Bob Tindle's 65' A990 and has owned it since 1966. Hope to see you at the Nationals or other events.

Looked at a 65 A990 at a car show friday in WI,dont remember the name but i do remember it was from Oregon.Black and hilborn injected,same car?

The car in the picture had dual fours and at the time had Michigan license plates (having plates for street use was a little strange to see on a car like this).

Yes, the Rat Patrol car is still here, engine on the stand. I started on a Blown Hemi Willys project also, and then My job changed to 70 hours a week. I am realizing that trying to do it all is a lot. 
I got to see Bob Tindle's cars run when I was growing up at the drags. They were always fast.
