Drove the truck home from my buddy's house in the rain. No wipers were a challenge but I rainx'd the windshield before I left. I cannot wait to drive this thing when it dries up. Gonna take some scrap to the recyclers this week to see what it weights this next week.
Quote:
So I weighted the truck today and was supprized it was 3100 pounds with a half tank of gas without me.
It drives really good gets down the road well.

i think most guys would be totally surprised at what these hot rods weigh. they are not as light weight as most think, even the fiberglass cars.i'm glad your truck runs great ! will be a fun driver !

Yours is probably lighter as my truck has a Dakota frame .

It's probably close to that right now.
Just haul a light load of scrap to find out.
