59 Plymouth exhaust question

I have a friend who just purchased a 59 Plymouth Fury as an unfunished project, that someone put a 440 into. We were looking at it and wondering what type of headers will work in the car with the stock steering box. Looks like (to me) that B-body headers should work. Any input is appreciated. Thanks Guys
