Your plywood is fine ? ... I am redoing parts of the floor on two diff motorhomes and am using 3/4 treated ply. SURE gives you a WORKout flinging that stuff around.

That's what I would recommend, at least runners for your tires to set on.

Any kind of tile can come loose and allow things to move around, imo.

Wood kinda sucks because it can be stained so easy, same with carpet.

I plan on using Diamond plate for runners under the car and carpet the front 9ft of the trailer.
Trying to find a thick rubber for the back 3/4 of the trailer Coin stuff is $$$$$$$.. and I'm on a budget. Mr. P that trailer looks nice with the "D" Plate on the sides.

I have diamond plate for the ramp.. got a great deal on it from the boys in Ohio.. Thanks Jack..

just paint and some floor tiles up front. diamond plate is nice, but why carry all that extra weight?

Because diamond plate spreads the load across several cross members underneath and is a good traction surface for your tires.

Floor tiles can easliy be more weight than aluminum plate.

when you are using diamond plate are you puting the plate down frist and then putting tile down this would get rid of the ridge and also would be less tile and save some money also does the diamond plate come in different thickens? also where in OHIO are you getting your plate and how about the tile THANKS

I have seen 1/16 polished aluminum diamond plate, I have some scrap pieces I bought from a local scrap yard. I should measure it to make sure I have called metal supliers and ask about the different aluminum diamond plate available and the cost per sheet, I'm sure they said the thinnest is 1/16
