I think the 295 MT I measured was pretty close to 30" tall, maybe a bit shorter.
Keep in mind that the same size bias ply slick will grow on the big end, but a radial won't. If you want to see the same trap rpm with a radial, it needs to be .5-1" taller than the bias ply it replaces.

my 295/65R15 fit about the same as M/T 10.5 x 29.5 et drags

doing the math, 295 section is 11.6" wide
65 series aspect ratio and 15" rim calculates to 30.1" tall

Thanks a LOT guys! Kenny,your Aspen looks GREAT! Looks like it runs as well as it looks! I REALLY like how the 295's fill up the wheelwell on my GTX!....unlike 275's!

Looks like they tend to vary Randy... if you look at
a Goodyear they show them a 1/2" wider and a 1/2" than
a Hoosier

Looking at Summit the M/T 295/65-15 drag radial
that I bought is 10.9 tread width at 30" tall... so
its .9 wider than I said

Thanks! It isn't that fast at the moment. The new bullet is sitting on the dyno waiting for a few little parts. Should be back in one piece next week with any luck.
I think the 295 was a slight bit bigger than my 10.5x29.5's. If you can fit the 295 you should be able to fit the 10.5x29.5
