Milodon 21220 have an In and Out??

Running a swinging pickup with single line into a Milodon 21220 oil pump cover and a remote filter.
Dumb question here but does the Milodon pump cover have an In and Out The remote filter I am using does but don't see anything marked on the pump cover.
I have been running it this way before but had to take everything apart to change the timing chain but now I forget how I had the lines

Think top one when installed is out to filters and lower is back in from filters!
I'll check!

TECH NOTE: On Milodon oil pump covers, the TOP port is "Out" while the Bottom port is "In".
