After a few positive changes to my engine..and a little weight reduction here and there..I'm ready to take on the BondoMobile again! How bout' best 2 out of 3..hundred dollars a race?

I'll be going out to Ubly on the 25th,if you're up to the challenge!

Are you going to DRIVE your "street car" to the track this time, or is it going to show up on a trailer with slicks and open headers as always?

Oh..it'll be on a trailer..and have slicks on..but I will leave the cut-outs on just for you! Why would I run my street tires,just to have them go up in smoke..and cut a 1.9-2.0 60' time?

I'm calling ya BOTH out! I will have slicks on my street car and will have exhaust too. I'm in for $100 per pass as long as we're using Monopoly money

. So what day are we going? Saturday or Sunday? If it's Saturday I may be a little late, I have to work. Randy, since you started this, how about an official " come to Ubly" post? I've got an orange 70 Runner and a Cuda to beat up on too

........ALL the drama aside...........this is the makings of a pretty good match-up. Two VERY similar vehicles, both 9'er/X'ers, both automatic (with Dana 60?), BUTTTTTT one is an RB block versus the hotter fly-weight combo B-Block w/RB crank.

Not to mention both built by Chrysler employed Moparts members. Todd440 built the RB and Rich built HIS OWN.

I'm thinkin' the "pitted potmetal" gets the win light.

I am in I'll run the winner,I have a 69 runner with a B Block stroker and I will drive mine to the track,but I do run slicks and open the headers,it should be fun,hope weather is good and I will see you boys there.
