Roger ...bladder-type with foam ...either alum or steel shell.

Triangle makes a nice aluminium cell, and it's made in U.S.A FL. 
Not sure they put an actual bladder in a metal cell though.

Racing junk is the best place to find one, don't buy new as prices for used is at a all time low.
