Re: New Street/Strip Runner - 06/07/11 05:20 PM

Thanx Shawn!! It's ready to go!! I took it to Jake's yesterday for a front end alignment & get it scaled. (Thanx Gary!!) With me in it, it weighed in at 3335 lbs. I'm looking forward to getting this thing out to the track in the next few weeks, to see what it'll run. I'm thinkin' it'll be getting a roll bar soon.

I have something going on this evening, so I may not be able to get more pics till tomorrow.

Re: New Street/Strip Runner - 06/16/11 02:45 AM

I finally got to put some miles on my car today. I drove it to work.......about 70 miles round trip. The car drove great. I'm really enjoying this thing!! I forgot what it was like to drive an old Hot Rod around. I know some of you are planning to go to Ubly on the 25th. My impatience is getting the best of me, so I'm going this Saturday. Here's some more pics I took today.

Nice looking RR Steff. I'd like to know also, how you got it so light???? Does it have any drive train, or if so, is it made out of balsa wood??????
I like Roadrunners.
