I'm Re plumbing my whole car, and I'm in a bit of a toss up with what color fittings to buy. So out of curiosity, I have created this poll.

Been changing mine over slowly but surely. Those -20's are pricey though.

As long as the fittings complement the hose/hardline color and the car color, it will all look good. On a copper or gold or bronze car, I'd be inclined towards black or silver. Hard to see small leaks on black, but it sure looks wicked.

Gosh, Somebody sure is grumpy lately. Don't you have a car you should be building instead of criticizing what I'm doing?
Just curious what everyone else likes. I never said I'm gonna go with what everyone chooses. Not like people never ask, what color should I paint my car, or how do you think these wheels look.

Well I started buying fittings before black were available and have way to many to convert to black

I like the old school look of the SS braided lines W/ the blue/red fittings.

All my " streeters " have been old school noisy , hot , uncomfortable pieces of automotive pleasure , but I have been leaning that way for the last couple years.*
The under hood looks pretty nice too.......not too gaudy.
Subdued style right there.
* Yet I cut up a factory air '65 dart GT for my race car.

Mine is a factory SS (Torana) and I added the LS1, 6 speed, air, power windows,huge brakes, 9", etc, etc
Like I said, not a race car....but it does handle very well, and has some nice modern touches too.
(and goes pretty well for what it is at least being mostly stock engined...for now)
And thanks...I took a while to do the engine bay the way I wanted.

I like the titanium color fitting Mr. Gasket introduced a year or so ago - BUT the cheap b*st*rds are having them made in China, so I'll never buy them.
