with a 4.500 stroke it will be 572. no chain and gear that i know of must use a belt drive or a gear drive, also been said before check the main studs make shure they are ARP and not just the nuts, i recently bought a Alum version and going thru the same thing. but i'm going 4.750 stroke.
just order a gear drive for it....... raised cam
note the big cam / raised cam may gear drives come in 2 different sizes for the top gear you don't want that
used the are easy to find

4.562" bore/4.625 stroke = 604"

Re: MEGA BLOCK ? - 03/09/11 03:02 AM
Raised cam block allows clearance for the 4.75" stroke , last motor i had used a 4.562 bore with a 4.625 crank , was 604ci , the 4.562 bore that uses the 4.750 crank nets a 622ci.

4.562 x 4.562 x 4.750 x .7854 x 8 = 622"
