Nice but being mounted on the frame, would you have to think about flexing the body ?

Thanks

Been 10.40's with what you see with no frame connectors, stock motor mounts and that strap

I dont have a pic of the torque strap I installed in the Duster.. and its too dang cold to go and take one... but what I did was bought a steel turnbuckle from the local hardware store and bolted one side to the head and the other side to thru a mounting hole for the sway bar in the frame..

Real simple, real cheap and it works well..

Now thats the best looking torque straps that I have ever seen. The way it's double plated on the frame won't flex a bit . Mounted on high on the water pump ,torque twist will be more controlled. You should put them on the market, should be able to sell a bunch.

Here's mine, it's made out of a piece of magnesium with a rubber bush at the chassis rail to cut vibration a little [street car]

I cut off the lower "eye" from a rear shock and used a short piece of angle and bolt to mount the base to the K frame. This was also welded to a hind joint. The rubber insert in the "eye" stopped any vibration (street car). I then used threaded rod and another hind joint to bolt to the head.
