what is fair price? - 10/17/10 08:18 PM
caltracs for a body with mono leafs, 9 way rancho adjustable shocks, 2 half used good year 29by 12, 15 slicks and 2 new same set never been mounted, 2 weld wheels with 6 1/2 backspace and ford 9 inch housing stock length for 67 a body and 2 used moser 35 spline axles. What would be fair price. I,m thinking 2 grand, is reasonable, thanks Tim

When I buy or sell used parts 50% of the new price is my guide.
of course a lot depends on the condition.

50% of new is what a junkyard goes by...
Now I'm probably in the minority here, but I get annoyed when I see private individuals asking stupid prices for used stuff.. especially here in the on-line swap meet..

I agree Don, that,s why I asked before I put stuff up for sale as I ussually just throw it in a pile and hoard it. Then when I get real tired of moving it around the garage, it ends up at the dump, lol.
