I really have no idea about MIR's races. I am going to be at cecil on the 30th other than that i might make the 3.5 hour ride. How do you sit?
If you want to come to atco this weekend i'll change my plans and run you there....Need more info about you though.

Ed's car runs pretty good. Might be a fun race for sure, no drama just think it might be a good race. He has a big ole B body with a little motor and some spray.
All I know is it's a maroon colored RoadRunner that used to be yellow then flat black and now maroon colored. He runs spray and did have Muscle Motor power, now ???

Backhalf RR with a little spray. Definitely no light weight, hulled out race car. I have seen it with 29.5s and 31x10.5s on it. Runs pretty good.

Its one of the bigger Fall season races where Imports and Domestics are classed to race against each other. Makes for lots of winter time bragging and bs'ing..

Years ago when I lived in the chi I put some side $$$ down on the bird. 'Even spoke with him on the phone while he was driving his wrecker to make sure that he was going to show up. Well he did show up and all I heard of it was "he forgot hi N20 jets". I wouldn't put much money down, nothing personal just posting from past experience.
That said, both cars are very, very nice rides and I'd be proud to own either one.

Is there a class for me to run? I tried to find a class but doesn't look like i fit in any. Its a long ride/day for me. 3-3.5 hrs 1 way!

Think the top classes they are having that day are Drag Radial and 275 Drag Radial. The rest of the classes are index classes/bracket racing and I dont think your car would fit into any of those classes. Dont think old yeller's car will fit in any classes either.

First time I've seen Outlaw 10.5 at that race, Used to be just Drag Radial. Haven't been to that race in awhile. Good luck in 10.5. Should be some real fast cars in that class. Low to mid 7's depending on who shows.

You call me out to a race that YOU are going to to see your son.
I ask repeatedly who you are and what it is you have and how it sits.
Everybody comes back and gives me some info except you.
Now you come back here name calling.(real adult like i might add)
So here is what i say to you:
1)If 3.5 hours is no big deal drive why don't you drive 2hours to cecil and meet me there?
2)You need to match me, weigh 3300lbs, and sit on true 10.5's, 440-1's.
3)I want a 1K dp punk out for the 5k race from you to a neutral party of this site that i know and you know, and i will match it.
4) I think October 30th At cecil is a great day or we can do Atco on the 31 for the grudge wars

im pretty sure he sits just like you on request #2! he may be hevier though! He runs low deck also! I agree this needs to be locked in and have a strong punk out fee! He called out any mayes on here before but dont know if that went down?

Why should i go to mir for a race i can't race in? Would you drive that far to race someone who calls people out on the internet when my buisness number is on the internet and he could call me? he will be driving right by so he can stop at either of the 2 tracks i posted. Me i don't really care if i race him or not, i have a life.

That was my point when I posted before. I highly doubt old yellers car will even qualify for the class that he is talking about running in. Around here Outlaw 10.5 cars range from high 6's to mid 7's. And at the race about the only way you are getting a grudge run is during time trials for whatever class you are running in. That track gets mobbed for that race.

Yes, it ran 7.70's back in 2007 before being completely torn apart and re-done to go quicker..that pic is of its maiden voyage a couple weeks ago.

Yeah really Mobbed and that means first round somewhere around 10 pm and a thousand or so race cars!I wouldn't go there unless you already have Monday off from work!

I dont think anyone thinks its a sin, but what good is a call out if a bunch of guys dont stir the pot to make it intresting..... especially when when the guy makin the call out has a history of not making it to the show...

Boy, I love getting phone calls about this topic when i'm out of town.
Sorry to pop your bubble but you really need to read what i type. I said i have no need to race my STREET car against outlaw 10.5 cars. I have nothing to prove to anybody or even care about what you have to say about me. I will be at atco tomorrow and a cecil on saturday if it fits your schedule, after that i don't know what i'm doing or where because my work keeps me very busy. I asked you to lock something in and you didn't now you come on here bashing me again. I am not going to mir on that weekend because i do not want to drive 7 hours to go to that race. If i was going it would be great but i have to much going on for me to take a free drive on a maybe.

Why should i go to MIR when there is no DP? he had the chance to lock it in and chose not to. I have offered all kinds of options. Even atco on the 31st (grudge day massacre) is good for me. I'm sorry that MIR does not work for me.
Since you have so much to say why don't you go to mir and race him, or you can bring your 3300lb small tire street car to cecil sat if you want some of me.

It's always the same weekend of Chrysler Carlisle and the York reunion.I always try to do york on Friday,Carlisle on Saturday & Beaver on sunday.ALWAYS a great weekend

This maybe a case where "one is afraid of the other,and the other is glad of it".They both have fast cars and as we all know anything can happen at any given race.
We usually ambush anyone we want to grudge race,usually by lining up in the staging lanes or have someone talk to the guy running the lanes.Usually we do it in good fun and keep it friendly.
But if your going to call someone out on the internet and are serious,lock it in,show up and put on the show.To banter it back and forth and do nothing more will only leave two camps,each thinks the other is chicken shtz.
Good grudge racing is always fun and some even make some serious money.It would be great to see some fast cars at one of the Mopar events throw down and a little side action would make it interesting.

Couldn`t agree more.............I`m still waiting for my race w/the Nova but who know if and when that will ever happen. This race here sounds like a good one.

I don,t do mopar events,cause mopar events don,t support heads up racers!,(and i,m ok with that,i just don,t go to those events)I don,t know bigtimeauto i just know that he,s fast...and whats wrong with calling out fast people?,He,s not fooling me!...he just seems to have a excusse,his story went from a 3 1/2 hour drive to now its a 7 hour drive.(yes i can read)All i can say is i,ll be at MIR next weekend and if the bird can,t make the field...i got plenty of jack!!
