MSD 2 step module

On MSD 2 step module,(module 1 and module 2) is module 2 the high rev limit and module 1 the low rpm rev limit? I'm using 4200 and 6700 chips.

Yes. (Module 1 activates when 12 volts is applied to the red wire, 2 activates with no voltage to the red wire.)
