jet changes with altitude - 09/06/10 06:09 PM

Is there a rule of thumb for jet changes when running at much higher altitudes. For example, We had a pretty good tune at around 2600' DA and are going up to somewhere around 4000 to 4700 DA. Was thinking around 2 ot 3 jet sizes?

in the past i have taken my car from georgia 34-3600ft to Atco NJ. which is sealevel..sometimes -500ft
fwiw..i needed 2 jet sizes larger at see level..but i also know it will depend on the jet. look at its corresponding drill size....
.some times a change/drop in a single jet # reflects a multiple# drop in drill size or more..
