indy sb modman manifold - 06/27/10 03:00 PM

has anyone tried the indy modman manifold for a smallblock? cant fint any information or pricing on it anywhere, no information on if it has a blowof valve either if used in a supercharged application
this is all that i could find http://www.indyheads.com/modman.html

only pricing i have got was over here in sweden and that would have been about 1500$ wich is crazy and not realy worth it in my opinion, anyone know where they are more reasonably priced and if they are any good?

Fly here, buy it and take it back with you.

I was unaware of these. I want one!

Considering I come from the EFI smallblock side of things, the price at 500 USD is good compared to the worthless 2 and 4bbl intakes I've used.

I am definitely interested in this one. Even if I dont use it now, just to have around. Looks very flexible where you can use it on a good range of combos.

I am looking to pick one up for use with an autorotor supercharger. The price preminum for having them machine the injector bungs is a little absurd IMO. I'll be doing that myself and saving ~300 dollars.

Bump, back from the dead. I have a modman now, the project is something long term and I just do it in my spare time.

I am shooting for 600whp on pump. 2.2L compressor, 3.75 or 4" arm, RyanJ ported magnum eddies. It will probably be a few years before I am to that point. I have the compressor, modman and heads. Just need to finish the design work, find an R block stuff it with some good stuff for the bottom end. I suspect I will be upgrading blowers down the road, so I want the motor to have some room to grow.

I really cant see any use for it exept for maybe efi or boost.

I'd still like to see a dyno comparison on a 400"-420" small block with some of the known good intakes.
