Finally I get to get rid of dealing with crappy hemi intake manifold gaskets. No more dealing with oil leaks into the ports.
I got my heads o ringed by FHO so this should take away one less headache.

CNC machines are so cool.

that o ring looks like it protrudes into the manifold bolt hole.

Bolts are pretty small. Lots of room between the sides and the bolts.

It does slightly cut in there.
The bolt behind backs it up so there is no where for the o ring to go.

That is sexy !
A couple years back I got to work on generators in a part of the world where parts took months to get there , and the oil pump and fuel pump " gaskets " would shrink to the point of not sealing anymore.
I would fill the grooves with ultra copper , let it set and re-install the old "O" rings ......worked every time.
I can't see gaskets going the way of the stone hammer , but this is a huge improvement I.M.O.
