I have some Ultra Shield cam locks I bought from CaptNemo. I used them for 7 passes. 
Well, since they are outdated, I called Ultra Shield, and guess what? I actually talked to a lucid, intelligent person. 
For my 5 point, non padded or custom embroidered belts, $50.00 to recertify. I paid around $150, so I'm on board.
