Home Jet hot coatings?? - 11/24/09 07:32 PM

I have some chrome TTI headers, and Im wanting to coat them, Who has the best at home coatings, My buddy put a brush on coating on his Dirt car headers, and they have looked awsome for a few years. The engine heat baked the coating on.

Anything out there??

I bought some cerama kote for 35 bucks. The guy on the phone told me to sand blast them, brush on the 1st coat, bake at 500 degrees, cure it, brush on the 2nd coat, and run them.

He said they look great, and for 35 bucks ill try it. I have a friend who has a HUGE powder coat oven, He told me I can run them through his oven.
