well...I hope you can find someone closer...but Chassisworks sells tubing by the foot. But shipping from CA to NJ might not make it cost effective....tried Jegs?

Call a steel supply - you'll like want "DOM" tubing meaning "drawn over mandrel" and it will be seamless.
