I am going to put a mild steel 6 point bar in the Duster. Can anyone give me a rough idea of how much this will weigh?

50 - 60 lbs

just installed an 8pt mild steel in my 67 barracuda, 110#.

The 8 pt I put in my Dak was 127#..

Save your money for a chrome moly bar

Lots better than the mild steel in a crash and for the future when you upgrade it to a cage
