I bought an intake today because the price was right. It's a BB Mopar M-1, 4500 flange. It has P4532758 laser etched into the flange. No other part numbers anywhere else. 
What is this intake for?

Need picture to see if it is like the rest of the M1 4500 manifolds

I have one with that casting # It's a full width manifold 4500 flange for use with Stage VI Max Wedge port aluminum heads.

Ok, do the Stage VI's have raised intake ports? I'm assuming I cannot run this on stock Max Wedge heads?

The only single 4 BBL intake for an rb with stock Max Wedge heads is the MP P4876337
The intake you have is extra wide and fits the raised port Stage VI MW aluminum heads on a RB.
