Anyone now if they're still in biz?

Website looks normal, but 3 emails over the last month have gone unanswered......

They was just up at Norwalk this weekend so mybe kinda busy, but not sure if someone was in the office or double check email address.

They were at Carlisle. I tried to buy from them but they were less than helpful. Found what I needed from Indy, and they were extra helpful. Never thought I would write that sentence! lol

they always send me wrong stuff

They sent a couple of orders to me this year with no issues and they came fast. I ordered online.

Thanks guys....seems many have cut staff/co$t$ and are not responding to emails.

Be nice if they did, so I could confirm the part is correct for my application.

The only times I've ordered anything from them was online...no problems. It's been years since I called them for anything...that was usually a pain in the rear.

The last thing I got from them was some AR Engineering parts.

Way back in the day, when I traveled on business to Detroit, I would stop and pick up items. Was sometimes fun fitting things in the plane's overhead compartment.

This may be out of the box thinking, but I called them yesterday and again today for a couple of questions. Sales desk answered on the first ring, both times.
